Cancellation policy for individual travelers
The following costs apply to the cancellation of confirmed reservations:
- Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellations 13–5 days before arrival: 1 night per room (bed and breakfast basis)
- Cancellations less than 5 days before arrival: 100% of the confirmed services, maximum 3 nights (bed and breakfast basis) per booked room.
Cancellation policy for small groups (8 rooms or more)
The following costs apply to the cancellation of confirmed reservations:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellations 29–5 days before arrival: 1 night per room (bed and breakfast basis)
- Cancellations less than 5 days before arrival: 100% of the confirmed services, maximum 3 nights (bed and breakfast basis) per booked room.
Payment Terms
We accept the following methods of payment for hotel or restaurant bills:
- Cash
- Postcard
- EC-Direct
- Maestro
- V-Pay
- Credit cards: Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners
- For amounts from CHF 500.00, payment can be made by invoice with a payment slip
As long as the COVID-19 situation continues, short-term cancellations attributable to COVID-19 are possible free of charge. Please contact us.
