Cancellation conditions for individual travelers
Cancellations of definitely booked reservations incur the following costs:
- Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellations 13-5 days before arrival: 1 night per room (room basis breakfast)
- Cancellations later than 5 days before arrival: 100 % of the confirmed services for a maximum of 3 nights (based on room and breakfast) per booked room.
Cancellation conditions for small groups (from 8 rooms)
Cancellations of definitely booked reservations incur the following costs:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellations 29-5 days before arrival: 1 night per room (room basis breakfast)
- Cancellations later than 5 days before arrival: 100 % of the confirmed services for a maximum of 3 nights (based on room and breakfast) per booked room.
Terms of payment
We accept the following means of payment for hotel or restaurant bills:

- V-pay
- Credit cards: Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners
- From CHF 500.00 you can pay by invoice with payment slip
As long as the Covid 19 situation persists, cancellations at short notice, which are traceable to Covid 19, are possible free of charge. Please contact us.
